Trinity Community Centre Bid Farewell To Josie

Josie Snook spent her last day working in the coffee pod in the Trinity Community Centre (TCC) soft play area this week.

She has worked there since it was opened, some 11 years ago, prior to which she worked in Halton House and the Nursing Officers Mess before it’s closure.

The farewell came about due to the coffee pod closing and Josie will now move to the Chiltern Club where Sodexo are rolling out their new menu so another pair of hands is needed.

Flt Lt Heather Constantine, Officer Commanding Personnel Flight, said: “You will be sorely missed here and I can only say thank you for your hard work and the support you have given to our families and wish you well.”

Josie said: “I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here from the day the Station Commander cut the ribbon to open the soft play area to today.  As soon as I saw this vacancy I knew it was the job for me.”

Josie will now go into semi-retirement to start the process of retiring.
