The Unit
The Air and Space Warfare Centre (ASWC) is the primary source of impartial, authoritative and integrated advice to support success on current and future operations in the Air and Space environments, including associated electromagnetic warfare, cyber and information. The ASWC vision is to deliver world-leading support to air and space warfighters across four key delivery areas; Think, Test, Tactics and Train:
- Think. Develop and operationalise concepts through critical analysis to support the warfighter. Support Defence Futures in the co-ordination and production of UK and allied doctrine.
- Test. Deliver Test & Evaluation (T&E) evidence to support capability assurance.
- Tactics. Provide integrated mission support to deliver operational advantage.
- Train. Educate and train our warfighters for a contested, degraded, and operationally-limited environment.
