Cruse Bereavement Care has kindly been in touch with us to confirm they are still operating their bereavement care service albeit via telephone only.
The helpline is open Monday-Friday 09:30-17:00 with late evenings on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday till 20:00.

If anybody rings they will speak with one of the Cruse staff who will listen, advise and move things on as required.
If you get an answer machine, this means all the phones are in use. Please leave your contact details and somebody from Cruse will call you back.
