There is now a free 8-week Mindfulness Course for all personnel employed within the Ministry of Defence.
Mindfulness can be defined as paying attention to the present moment non-judgmentally on purpose, or put more simply, your mind, your body, same place, same time, same focus.
How often is your body and your mind in the same place at the same time? Bringing mind and body together allows you to establish a sense of peace.
Although it's an eight week course, it is designed so you can go at your own pace and complete each week when you are ready, once completed the next week's activities and resources will be revealed and so on.
