They provide first-class training to 1 Air Mobility Wing personnel, equipping and preparing specialised movers to support Defence requirements when called for.
The Squadron offers worldwide movements support to Defence aircraft and crews via 5 Permanent Air Movements Detachments, a roving RAF Liaison team and embedded Trade Group 18 Logistics (Movements) personnel within specialised units in the UK.
