RAF Cranwell was delighted to welcome Air Marshal Marshall OBE, Air and Space Commander (ASC) on the 9th July.
The visit included a trip to Beckingham Training Area, where Air Marshal Marshall observed Exercise Eagles Edge and met with RAF Officer Training Academy staff and Officer Cadets undertaking their leadership training. The visit provided an opportunity to see first-hand the challenging and dynamic environments in which future RAF leaders develop the skills required for service.
ASC also visited RAF Recruitment and Selection, gaining an insight into the vital work undertaken to attract talented individuals who will form the future of the Royal Air Force.
