On 17 November 2025, a command pennant changeover ceremony took place at Adastral Hall marking transfer of leadership within Recruitment & Selection from Group Captain Taylor to Group Captain Haith.
Gp Capt Haith will look to continue the period of unprecedented success for recruitment in the past 18 months and prepare the organisation as it transitions recruitment responsibilities to the Armed Forces Recruitment Service (AFRS), due to begin in April 2027.
