Yesterday, OC Force Development Squadron, Sqn Ldr Roseblade presented the RAF Cranwell January Fitness Challenge Trophy to AS1 Bachu.
In a hard-fought battle that ran throughout January, gym users at RAF Cranwell were asked to achieve as many Myzone Effort Points (MEPs) as possible. MEPs were earned by exercising in target heart rate zones over a period of time, with the more effort that was put into a workout, the more MEPs earned.

Amassing 9,591 MEPs over 50 hrs 48 mins, AS1 Bachu said;
It’s been quite an experience competing against other gym members who have given me a good run for my money. It is a good way to inject competition between the gym members. I would tell everyone to take part in future competitions

A special mention must also be given to Flt Lt Bagley and Mrs A Jackson who achieved 7,561 and 7,294 MEPs respectively.
