RAF St Mawgan does not have a HIVE facility
Access to local childcare facilities will depend on where you live.
The Service Families’ Accommodation (also know as Married Quarters) is split between three sites.

If you need help to find a house when you move to the Station, or addressing any problems with your housing contact the Service Community Support Officer:
There are three contact houses available for emergency family accommodation. One on Station and the others off the Station.
The Medical Centre on the Station is for military personnel only. Civilian staff and families should register with a local GP.
There are no dental facilities on Station. Civilian staff and families should register with a local dental practice.
SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity provides lifelong support to our Armed Forces, veterans and their families. Our professionally trained and knowledgeable staff are on hand to advise, signpost and support you no matter the situation.
We are an independent service so anything we support you with is confidential and outside the chain of command.

There is currently no chaplain support at RAF St Mawgan.
Emergency support is provided by Royal Naval Air Station Culdrose:

The chaplain office hours at Culdrose are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
There is a large and well equipped gymnasium at RAF St Mawgan.
RAF personnel serving at RAF St Mawgan are automatically members, although an induction has to be completed before using the equipment.
Civilians working at RAF St Mawgan, and families of RAF personnel can apply to join the gym but a small fee to cover insurance will apply.

There is an astroturf all weather pitch, two squash courts, and a gym hall with various court markings.
There is a small Community Centre at St Columb Minor.

The Atlantic Club all-ranks bar and café is situated adjacent to the main gate, inside the Station.
Café opening times: Monday to Sunday, 7:30am to 5:30pm.
Bar opening times: Monday to Sunday, 6pm to 11pm.
On occasion, the Club can be booked earlier for functions on request and with the approval of the Station Commander.

The Spar Shop is situated adjacent to the main gate, inside the Station.
Opening times: Monday to Sunday, 7:30am to 5:30pm.
The Astra cinema shows films every Monday and Wednesday (doors open 7pm for a 7:30pm start), and a matinee family film every third Sunday (doors open 10am for a 10:30am start).
There is no access to the general public.
