The 30 Officer Cadets who attended from across the 15 University Air Squadrons were taught a range of skills including leadership, standards, drill and welfare with both theory and practical lessons that will support their role as an APO on their sqn.
The workshop culminated in the participants being presented with a Volunteer Reserve Acting Pilot Officer commission by Commandant 6FTS.
