The Central Flying School hosted their annual Conference in the Daedalus Officers Mess last week.
The event saw wide attendance with representation from front line Training Organisations, Flying Training Schools, industry partners and RAF Reserve colleagues.
The keynote speech was delivered by Mr Kerry MBE, a former head coach of Team GB Field Hockey teams who had seen medallic success at Commonwealth, European, World and Olympic levels.

This year’s conference was themed around Innovation in Instruction, and attendees agreed it was extremely useful to draw parallels between our Flying Training System and top-level sport; both environments where individuals grow, teams learn fast, and performance becomes a shared responsibility’.
