Family contact and temporary accommodation

There are two welfare flats and a welfare house on station that service personnel can use for emergency family accommodation, visits from children of divorced or separated personnel, weekend and school holiday visits from family members like parents or grandparents, and temporary accommodation when moving into or out of permanent Service Families Accommodation (SFA). Medical centre

The Medical Centre is located at JFC Chicksands and is for service personnel only. Dependants of personnel should register with a local GP. 

SSAFA

SSAFA workers provide the help and advice on things like bereavement, finances, housing relationships, mental health. SSAFA works with the Royal Air Force Community Support.

Stay ‘n’ Play sessions offer a friendly place where parents/carers can enjoy play time with their child(ren) and to meet up with other parents/carers. Sessions provide high quality, well planned, stimulating activities & snack time for ages 0-5 years.
