Air Clues Issue 45
Air Clues Issue 45 leads with the very important subject of reporting incidents observed in the Simulator (Synthetic Reporting). This is a very new initiative to encourage crews to report synthetic training incidents that have learning value for real-life flying. It also revisits the enduring risk of controlled flight into terrain – a very clear and present danger to crews who fly in close proximity to the ground. Losing your situational awareness in this environment can be catastrophic.
