The Unit

The Reginal Rehabilitation Unit (RRU) delivers specialist rehabilitation through Sport and Exercise Medicine (SEM) consultants, physiotherapists, podiatrists and Exercise Rehab Instructors (ERIs), supported by an administration team. They provide multi-disciplinary injury assessment clinics, podiatry services and 2 week residential rehabilitation courses. Rehabilitation courses are split into lower limbs, spines, and upper quadrant to allow for specific educational and physical development.
