The Tedder Academy of Leadership based at RAF Cranwell have been awarded the No. 22 Gp RAF Best Educator Team Award this week by the Worshipful Company of Educators.
The ceremony encapsulated the hard work and dedication the Tedder Academy have shown throughout 2024, demonstrating an enormous amount of skill and professionalism in the delivery of focussed initiatives into leadership at all levels. The award itself is granted for outstanding effort in the field of education and development, prioritising individuals and guiding them through their personal leadership journey.
